38 minutes & 15 Seconds

Wow!!

It stayed at zero degrees all day - except when it was minus one degrees!!

I was out of my homelessness hostel nearly all day, walking the streets of Hackney, London and boy, was it freezing cold!!

By the time, home time came, my poor legs were exhausted and I hardly had the energy to cycle home from work - let alone, overtake another cyclist like I did for the first time this morning

I made it home in

Thirty-eight minutes and fifteen seconds

I'm too tired to attend my DWNCA-Dulwich & West Norwood Conservative Association, Executive Council Meeting. And need to soak in a very hot candlelit bubble bath and get warm

Zero Degrees

My fingernails were blue with cold when I arrived at work from home, today

It took me thirty-three minutes and one second

In From The Cold

Gosh!!

This evening, the tips of my fingers were hurting for about five minutes, when I arrived home from work; out of the cold.

The reason why this happened was because I stopped riding my bike and stood around in the 2 degrees cold for twenty minutes while attempting to call and communicate with my female partner.

I finally cycled home in

Thirty-five minutes and sixty-five seconds.

Although I didn't exactly 'gallop' along, today both of my inner thighs ached and so did my pelvis and lower stomach muscles.

Now for a long hot candlelit bubble bath and to relax to some music

Frozen Finger Tips & Photos

Today I was wearing my thermal gloves as usual, but I still experienced frozen finger tips.

However that didn't stop me from also taking photos during my commute.

The photography did slow me down and I finally arrived at my workplace from my home in

Thirty-seven minutes and ten seconds
