After a short spell away from my Thames Reach workplace, due to a slight wobble with my mental health. I cycled to and from work today 

This evening I cycled from my workplace to my home in 

Thirty-seven Minutes and thirty-six seconds

And earlier from my home I Warmed up in 

Eight minutes and thirty-nine seconds

 

Gliding Along

 

Today I glided Along on my Brompton Bicycle from my workplace to my home in 

Thirty-nine minutes and eighteen seconds

 

 

Inflated Tyres

This morning, I inflated my tyres, prior to cycling to work from home and arrived in

Thirty six minutes and fifty-four seconds

Coasting Along

This evening I coasted my way along from work to home and took photos on the way in Coldharbour Ward. It took me 

Forty-three minutes and forty-three seconds

 

I Made It

 

Today I took a slow cycle from home to work and made in

Thirty-seven Minutes and forty-three seconds

This evening it was dark, wet and raining as I cycled home from work in

Wet, Raining & Windy

 

This evening it was dark, wet, raining and windy and I was definitely tired; however I took it slow and managed to cycle home from work in

Atomic Lemon

 

This morning I cycled from my home to my workplace in

On my arrival, one of my clients to me that they saw me in Brixton yesterday and I was cycling past them fast; so they have nicked named me the 'Atomic Lemon'

This evening, I cycled home from work in the blustery wind in

I'm shattered! 

I'm going to take my medication and go straight to bed

This evening, I tried to cycle a bit faster from work to home and did in
