Well, at least I cycled from the Ritzy Bar, on Brixton Road, Brixton to the large PRET on Waterloo Road, in Waterloo!
It took me forty-five minutes
I was perspiring on my arrival to work, but I wasn't overly breathless , sore or aching.
It was raining a bit, but not too wet.
